At Honkai Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your otherworldly fashion. If your order doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original condition with all tags attached, including the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
